Is there a separate room hire charge?
No. The hire charge is included in the offer price, along with buffet or multicourse meal and beverage service.
- Can you supply a band or DJ for our event? Tastes differ (fortunately!), and you are not obliged to accept any particular band. We do keep a list of addresses, however, and are confident we can help you choose the right entertainment for your event.
Does the hotel take care of table decorations?
For most events, it is the guest who takes charge of the decorations because requirements vary greatly. But we’d naturally be happy to help out with the materials at our disposal, in accordance with your preferred colour scheme. And we can also design complete concepts for you if you wish.
Do you also have an outside catering service for buffets?
Yes. We would be happy to give you a quotation.?
There is also the possibility to bring your own cake?
Yes, definitely. We want you to feel comfortable with us and find here are sure to be a solution.
When could I view the rooms?
Please contact us beforehand to arrange an appointment, so that we can be sure the event areas are not in use at the time.
